We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong understanding of the UAE labor market and effective sourcing channels to join our team.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and sourcing qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screening and evaluating resumes and job applications
- Conducting interviews and assessments to determine the fit of potential candidates
- Maintaining and updating our recruitment database
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements

- Strong knowledge of the UAE labor market and effective sourcing channels
- Experience in recruiting and sourcing for various industries and positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Russian, both written and spoken
