Objective:

Our client is a Hospitality company, is looking for Head of Rooms to join their team in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia. The Head of Rooms must perfectly master the hospitality industry trends, operational requirements, guests, employees and other stakeholders expectations regionally and globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a strong understanding of the global hospitality business.
  • Defines and analyzes brand positioning and consumers insights.
  • With the Head of R&D in charge of F&B, shapes and tests brand's vision, mission, core values and storytelling.
  • Defines brand's elements and translates them to development-plans and strategies.
  • Works closely with the Marketing and Operations departments to ensure that the new brand being developed addresses positively and efficiently all possible challenges.
  • Be Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) / sustainably-aware and fair trade-oriented to ensure that the new brand addresses positively and efficiently all relevant challenges
  • Works closely with the Finance and Engineering departments to ensure that the new brand local, regional and global deployments are as efficient and cost-effective as possible.
  • Monitors market trends, researches consumers' market and competitors activities
  • Aligns the company around brand's direction, choices and tactics.
  • Defines and develops guest journey and experience (i.e., lobby, meeting-rooms, bedrooms)
  • In partnership with the Head of R&D in charge of F&B, defines inter-departmental guests and employees interactions.
  • Defines and develops guests areas volumes and circulation.
  • Defines and develops guests and employees emotional attachment to the brand (i.e., décor, smells, color codes).
  • Develops brand design yearly budget and follow-up.
  • Organizes regular reporting to the PoH and company's Board.
  • On a second step, elaborates and implements a winning eCommerce strategy with the company's relevant departments.

المهارات

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, brand management, marketing.
  • Professional certificates in the field is a plus.
  • Work experience should be of a minimum of 10 years; hospitality experience is a must.
  • Natural entrepreneurial mindset is a basic requirement.
  • Outstanding communication skills (written / spoken).
  • Ability to research and brainstorm.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences.
  • Strong team-spirit and self-motivation is a must.
  • Enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
