Objectives:

Our client is a Hospitality company, is looking for Head of Marketing to join their team in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia. The Head of Marketing is responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. They use market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. They also design and oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns and participates to the company's new hotel brand design.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes marketing goals based on the company’s yearly targets, past performance, and market forecasts.
  • Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for a better company’s representation internally and externally.
  • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, competitor initiatives, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
  • Develops detailed marketing plans for all media channels and Business Development teams.
  • Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, Website content, advertisements, internal documents, and other marketing-related projects.
  • Liaises and works closely with market-related firms that the company may hire to develop a positive market presence.
  • Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
  • Works closely with the Business Development team to provide them with all the tools and data they need to perform at their best.
  • Works closely with the Research & Development team, in charge of hotel brand development, to give them an industry prospective for a more efficient brand, as well as all the tools and data they need to perform at their best.
  • Works with the Finance department to develop cost-effective marketing plans and budgets.
  • Tracks all marketing and Business Development contracts data and creates detailed written reports and presentations to bring to the Executive Team.
  • Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
  • Ensures a positive image of the company’s key executives by having them regularly appear in industry-related media.
  • Establishes and maintains a positive and fruitful presence of the company’s at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) as well as all major local, regional, and global industry conferences and expos.

المهارات

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent professional certificates is a plus.
  • Work experience should be of at least 10 years; hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Enjoys working in a multicultural environment is a must.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure as a dedicated teammate is a must.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Ability to regularly travel (domestic and international)
