Job Description:

 Comply with EHS Policies, Programs and Procedures as per the school EHSMS-General Framework and take responsibility for any aspect of EHS that they are involved in

 Health Science Teachers are responsible for the successful class delivery, of the Health Science program as well as for the continuous improvement of the teaching and learning materials and the provision of support to students.

 Teachers Implement the Health Education curriculum

 Teachers have to communicate and collaborate with fellow teachers and to liaise with school principals and the program manager to schedule or adjust the schedule of their classes and to asses, analyze, evaluate and improve program outcomes.

 The Health Science teacher will also have to stay up to date with the newest information in their field, thus improving knowledge of principles and practices of health education; program planning and development; and program evaluation methods.

Job Location: UAE

Qualifications:

 Open to native English speakers

 50 years old and below

 Bachelor’s degree in the relevant teaching subject

 Bachelor’s degree in the curricular subject with high GPA; Master’s degree preferred

 Must have teaching Certificate/Diploma preferred

 Minimum 3 years’ experience in a reputable institute/school High school system (Grade 9-12); Industrial experience for technical subjects preferred

 Skilled in various mathematical software(s) which would enhance the teaching and learning experience in the classroom. (examples but not limited to: Geometer’s Sketchpad – GeoGebra – Autograph – Mathematica, Graphmatica)

 Advanced Placement Courses and Exams

 Using the graphing calculator is an advantage

 Candidate must be flexible to be assign anywhere in the UAE
