Circuit Support Analyst
The Circuit Support Analyst serves as a single point of contact to the Acuative GCC for the purpose of addressing all Service Provider issues and problems that have an impact on our clients.
Assist the Acuative GCC with telephone, email, or trouble ticket inquiries to resolve or escalate Service Provider issues and problems. Provide support, incident management, and client communications for Service Provider issues and problems.
- Accurately assign and address incidents in an ITSM Tool
- Contact service providers by phone, email, and online portals
- Respond to questions from the GCC and ISPs
- Identify and overcome objections from the ISP
- Obtain customer information if necessary to schedule vendor meets and site access
- Follow up on initial contacts to the ISP and escalate regularly
- Complete records of telephonic, email, and online portal interactions, to properly document ITSM tool Incidents

Additional Qualifications Desired
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
