Art Director

We are looking for a creative Art Director who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge in a marketing and advertising agency. You will cooperate, lead and conceptualize with a design-savvy team to devise an overall concept turning it to a master piece of art. The candidate should be driven by innovation and design. The ideal art director will bring a mix of artistic, marketing, and business expertise to the position, promoting our company and that of our valued clients. We are looking for an experienced creative leader, who can inspire and be inspired by others to take our creative efforts to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience.

The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns and visual adaptations that stimulate targeted audiences and serves the purpose.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline

· Proven working experience as Art Director with at least 7+ years as a professional graphic designer with 3+ years of experience in management role as an art director in a marketing agency environment

· Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection, labeling, social media posts and package design

· Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools including motion graphics, Adobe Creative Suite

· Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

Preferred Qualifications

· Web development experience

· Motion graphic experience

· Have a solid knowledge of photography and video production

· Solid marketing and advertising agency experience
