Job Brief
Description
Responsible for contributing to the design and delivery of people and organizational development strategies and interventions to enhance the effectiveness of staff and improve employee commitment and alignment. Work on business-specific strategic imperatives that focus on assessing and diagnosing organizational needs, driving change, and delivering best-in-class organizational development solutions in support of the business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve OD activities and practices, maintain the organizational structure up-to-date, conduct workload analysis as needed,
- support in strategic workforce planning activities,
- Develop and update job descriptions, manage all the job analysis and job evaluation activities, assess and approve new headcount requests.
- Administer the HR management system and perform the needed change transactions.
- Administer promotion cycles (promotion requests/ regular checks on high performers).
- Stay up to date with local and international OD practices and trends.
- Come up with engagement initiatives, facilitate employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and devise Employee Engagement action plans.
- Undertake internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and propose possible solutions.
- Lead Performance Management programs to ensure having a high performing culture in parallel to strategic objectives.
- Prepare, generate, and analyze ongoing and ad-hoc special reports.
- Support in improving diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Education
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering or any other related field.
Level Of Experience
Intermediate Experience in a related field, OD experience is a must.
Certifications & Licensure
Desirable: HR Management Certification
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Telecom industry, products, and services
- Excellent knowledge of learning and development tools and methods, talent management, organization development methodologies, strategic planning, manpower planning and development
- Good knowledge of HR process modeling, HR policies, Jordan Labor Law and Regulations
- Excellent knowledge of Organizational Strategy, Organizational Design, Designing and Executing Surveys, Benchmarking and Reporting, Change Management
- Excellent knowledge of Career Management, Career Path Planning, Succession Planning, Career Development
- Excellent knowledge ofHuman Performance Architectures, Developing / Measuring Performance Indicators, Goal and Target Setting, Competency Modeling, Performance Evaluation Techniques
- Excellent knowledge of Assessment of Learning Needs, Design of Learning Curriculum, Learning Delivery Methods, Learning Evaluation Methods, Induction / Orientation Methods
- Excellent command of English language both speaking and writing
- Excellent command of MS Office
