الوصف الوظيفي
- Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax and deductions.
- Formulate in-depth documents and accounting reports consisting of all payroll functions on a periodic basis.
- Fix common payroll errors of the organization by running required adjustments in the next pay cycle.
- planning, organizing, and executing the company's payroll procedure in the most efficient manner,
- Ensuring timely entry of all the required salary data in the company's dedicated database.
- Catering to the doubts of staff members regarding salaries, bonuses, appraisals, and other related queries.
المهارات
- History of working as a Payroll Accountant with hands-on knowledge of all the duties and responsibilities of the designated profile.
- Dedicated individual with good command of written and spoken skills for fluent exchange of ideas.
- Remarkable ability to complete all the allotted tasks in the given time schedule using relevant planning techniques.
- Well-versed in handling different payroll software suites to simplify the overall payment cycle and process.
- High maturity in portraying professional ethics and mannerisms during various daily activities at the team and individual levels.
- Professional education in Finance with a proven record of projects or internships in the core financial domain. (Bachelor's preferred)
