The Arena Kuwait is a 5,000+ capacity multi-purpose indoor venue that will stage all kinds of live entertainment and other event types. It has been designed to world-class standards and opened in March, 2022.

The arena, which is owned by the Tamdeen Group, is a vital facility and part of a major entertainment and leisure destination project and located alongside the Grand Hyatt Kuwait and the Rafa Nadal Academy Kuwait; and connected to the 360 Mall, via the newly opened 360 Mall extension.

Detailed job description is as below:

  • Answering phones
  • Schedule and calendar upkeep
  • Weekly report of upcoming shows/events in all venues
  • Coordinate communication between prospective clients such as Promoters and Event Organisers and respond to all enquiries for bookings and events.
  • Manage and operate Venue Operations, the Arena’s booking and event management software system ensuring all bookings and supporting information is accurate.
  • Provide detailed support for all prospective clients including Venue information, guides, photos’ video links etc.
  • Produce accurate information and presentations to clients including; booking enquiries, proposals, Venue Hire Agreements etc.
  • Assist in drafting venue hire estimate for promoters and organizers.
  • Communicate and provide event information to Arena Departments and Tamdeen business units.
  • Be the first point of contact for prospective Booking enquiries.
  • Welcome on-site prospective clients and provide all necessary support, information and answer questions regarding the Arena.
  • Responsible for coordinating the booking of meeting spaces, Venue Tours and client meetings.
  • Ensure the Booking & Content Departments documentation and filing systems are accurate and accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Gather and record all essential information from Promoters and Event Organisers and provide guidance, information and support during the venue booking phase.
  • Undertake research and special projects as directed by the Booking & Content Manager.
  • Develop policies and procedures and identify systems to effectively coordinate bookings.
  • Provide information and booking details to all other Arena Departments.
  • Other responsibilities assigned as and when required.

المهارات

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, phone etiquette.
  • Should be reliable, detailed orientated and highly organized.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other social media formats.
  • Ability to be resourceful, level headed and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Must be fluent in English and Arabic (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
  • Very flexible approach to working in a dynamic environment and during events and activities within the Arena.
  • Fast learner with a strong work ethic.
