Assistant Manager – Bookkeeping
1. Understand the requirements of the client and gather as much information as possible by interacting with various resources
2. Lead and Manage Bookkeeping Team in our firm and provide support to maintain higher quality for our clients.
2. After getting the relevant financial information and data he prepares financial statements and presents it based on client’s needs.
3. Resolve any financial issues that may crop up during the bookkeeping procedures and ensure that they follow the accounting rules and standards
4. Rectify and fix the problems in a timely fashion and evolve new methods for improving the efficiency of the organization
5. Demonstrate a disciplined approach while assessing the risks
6. Evaluate the potential risks and control various issues by the implementation of pragmatic solutions

المهارات
- Good listeners as well as excellent communicators.
- Exceptional leadership skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills are necessary to ensure the timely completion of the bookkeeping work within the given budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience (Prefer in Financial Consulting firm)
- Familiar with working on accounting software like Xero, ERP. ETC.
