الوصف الوظيفي
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, and applications
- Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks
- Respond to technical support calls from other staff members and communicate how to resolve issues remotely
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults, or hardware complications
- Support the roll-out of new applications
- Keep laptops and other devices up to date with the latest updates and firmware
- PABX knowledge -Avaya IP office
- Cisco switches configuration with VLANs
- Configuring Biometrics for users
- Should know about configuring and troubleshooting FortiGate firewall, which also includes sitesite VPN
- Install and configure the windows server with Hyper-V
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Good organization, time management and prioritization
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
المهارات
- BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
- Saudi National with excellent proficiency in English & Arabic.
- 2-3 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Expertise in data Centre management and data governance
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
