Works proactively to determine the requirements of a project or program, serve as the bridge between end-users and the engineers who develop the product, creating User Stories, eliciting requirements, writing narratives, and assisting with release planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent with a minimum good grade.
4-6 years’ of experience in business analysis for web and mobile apps.
Very good command of both written and spoken English language.
Very good knowledge of business structure.
Very good knowledge of process modeling.
Good knowledge of analysis, visualization and prototyping.
Facilitation, observational, Elicitation and interviewing skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, any Scrum Framework and any wireframes-designing tool.
