Garda Decor Furniture Trading LLC is a leading design furniture brand in Russia. We offer high-quality interior items, decor, upholstered furniture and lighting in the modern art deco style. We have our own production of upholstered furniture.

Today there are more than 70 Garda Decor shops across Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Estonia.

We continue growing and opening up new horizons!

In connection with the opening of a new project in Dubai, UAE, we are looking for a Talented Retail Sales Associate

Functional Roles and Responsibilities:

· Welcome and greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner & demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.

· Identify customer needs through asking questions; confidently recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products at every sale opportunity; close the sale

· Receive cash or payment in any authorized modes from customers, issue receipts/ bills against their purchase and provide professional cash point service.

· Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, in line with the company after sales policy, escalating to management if necessary.

· Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, furniture trends, in-store promotions at all times.

· Meets or exceeds weekly sales targets

· Maintain personal grooming standards as advised by the Store Manager.

· Maintain clean and organized display, fitting rooms and stock areas.

· Check stock levels daily and inform of depleting stocks to the store manager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.

· Follows Garda Decor Policies and Procedures 100%

· Participates in all inventories

Important for us:

The Retail Sales Associate should have a friendly and engaging personality and be comfortable with working with members of the general public.
Successful experience of selling furniture;
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours
Confident, helpful and polite and be physically fit
Stock replenishment
Ability to communicate with people, to build long-term relationships with clients;
Being goal-oriented.
