الوصف الوظيفي
- Achieves revenue targets of the Travel department and contribute to the overall growth of the organization
- Ensures delivery of the highest service standards to customers in line with company’s policies and procedures achieving an error free operation.
- Handles all travel arrangements including all Air and Non-Air services such as Transportation, accommodations, Transfers, Insurance, Tours, and activities etc
- Advises clients regarding destinations, visa requirements, cultures, customs, weather etc
- Manages relationships with Airline companies and all other vendors
- Provides advice on travel documents, visa, insurance, etc.
- Collects payments / handles credit card programs and charges – Encourage CC payment
- Conducts research on destinations and industry trends
- Keeps sales report, financial statements and documents updated and reports to the management on a weekly basis
