Responsibilities
- Implement overall recruiting strategy
- Prepare and post job ads on LinkedIn and Bayt
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and tests
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, recruitment platforms and, social media etc…
- Schedule interviews with HR and the hiring managers.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.

- Ability to conduct interviews in a clear and concise manner.
- Skilled professional with a sound understanding of recruitment timelines and onboarding process.
- Able to decide the most suitable interview arrangement as per the existing hiring scenario.
- Bachelor Degree in HR or any related field.
- Bilingual (English and Arabic)
- Required experience 0 – 3 years
