الوصف الوظيفي
· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
· Develop and maintain a sales forecast to help analyze market conditions and/or changes in assigned territory for maximum productivity and sales growth.
· Conduct market research to identify trends and manage sales activities accordingly.
· Research sources in order to develop new business connections.
· Monitors competition by gathering Kuwait marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
· Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
· Establishes and maintains customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales.
· Introduces and demonstrates products to assigned accounts.
· Follows-up on all generated quotations to assure that the customer received the goods
· Generate profitable sales orders.
· Responsible for providing all administrative and reporting requests (weekly, monthly) on time including sales.

المهارات
· Experience from 2 to 5 years
· Knowledge of Kuwait Market
· Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
· Excellent Selling, Communication, Negotiation and Interpersonal skills
· Computer use competency
· Self-motivated and driven
· Has car and valid Kuwait Driving License
