Job Role:

  • Follow up on a weekly basis with HR on new recruits joining dates.
  • Follow up with HR to make sure the new recruit has signed his contract.
  • Conduct orientation to new recruits.
  • Send follow-up emails on a weekly basis to employees and remind them to duly fill and submit their timesheets.
  • Review and approve received timesheets.
  • Share announcements with employees.
  • Collect vacation plans of all employees at the beginning of the year.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the EVP and Business Development Managers to get updates and feedback on different matters.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with needed tasks.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong computer literacy is essential.
  • Ability to use diplomacy and tact to establish and maintain relationships with employees, peers and customers.

Personal Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent written and language skills both in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to report and manage tasks.
  • Ability to identify dependencies in the given tasks and ability to identify risks and flag them
  • Ability to manage time while working on multiple projects, multiple operations task
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and professionalism at all times.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Dynamics systems is preferred
  • Previous experience in working in an entry-level administrative role.
