1. Oversee activities directly related to providing services.
2. Manage and coordinate activities of operations concerned with the inventory, logistics, warehouses, and projects. 3. Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
4. Mange and coordinate operations budget activities to fund operations, maximize best utilization, and increase efficiency.
5. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with other divisions as required.
6. Manage the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping materials
7. Plan, develop, and implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
8. Review invoices, work orders, depreciation reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments.
9. Schedule and monitor shipment, delivery, or distribution of materials.
10. Issue shipping instructions and provide routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
11. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
12. Manage, or coordinate the operations of Logistics, Inventory, warehouses and projects of the company.
