Job Responsibilities:

· Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery

· Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship

· Build high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits

· Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications

· Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code

· Package and support deployment of releases

· Analyze and resolve technical and application problems

· Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time

المهارات

Requirements:

· B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

· An all-around player with a “can-do” approach

· 6+ years’ prior experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment.

· Extensive work experience in developing and delivering large scale complex applications/platforms in .NET

· Proficient in developing client applications in React

· Deep understanding of software engineering concepts, ability to architect, design, and implement complex software solutions

· Experience with database technologies MS SQL Redis

· Strong knowledge of functional programming, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance

· Experience designing scalable and reliable systems with a focus on RESTful APIs

· Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments

· Experience with agile development methodologies including Scrum

· Experience with multi-threading and concurrency

· Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization

· Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development

· Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment

· Candidates with experience in the below in addition will be an advantage.

• Azure DevOPS and Pipelines
• AKS
• Azure Architect Experience
• Developing React Native Apps
• TDD & .net unit testing
