We are looking for film producers, with a knack for spotting great scripts, building talented teams,

and managing budgets. Film producers can expect to select scripts, assist in rewrites, handpick

production team personnel including directors and actors, liaise with other producers.

Responsibilities include sourcing and securing financing, negotiating on behalf of the company, and

seeing projects through to distribution.

Successful film producers should be dedicated to finding, developing, and making high-quality

movies under considerable pressure. Ideal candidates will be decisive, creative, and driven individuals

who have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

● Read, research, and assess ideas and finished scripts

● Commission writers or secure the rights to novels, plays or screenplays

● Hire key staff, including a director and a crew to shoot programmes, films or videos

● Pull together all the strands of creative and practical talent involved in the project to create a

team

● Secure and negotiate rates of available soundstages for the film production in the UAE

● Control the production's budget and allocate resources

● Organize shooting schedules – dependent on the type of producer role and availability of

support staff

● Hold regular meetings with the director to discuss characters and scenes

● Act as a sounding board for the director

● Troubleshoot problems that arise during production

● Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice and health and safety laws

● Supervise the progress of the project from production through to post-production

● Deliver the finished production on time and to budget.
