Position Title: Warehouse Projects & Workshop Supervisor
Employment Type: 1 year renewable contract
Salary: all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

A leading oil and gas company in UAE
Job Description:
- Reviewing, commenting, and approving contractor’s construction deliverables to ensure that such deliverables appropriately govern the execution of the work within the contract
- Interface coordination between different contractors on the project, including contractors appointed by 3rd party stakeholders
- Review Architectural Site submittals (Shop drawings, material submittal, RFI, etc.)
- Records and reports all stock counts, including timetabling, discrepancies, services rendered, and costs thereby preventing liabilities and complies with overall direction and guidance from Finance department, in coordination with the inventory control department
- Ensure that the department is staffed with requisite numbers and caliber of staff to meet its objective
- Execute High Jump WMS process in console as a super user, executing ASN release, diagnoses and trouble shoots errors and execute various inventory adjustments

Qualifications:
- Open to Male candidates
- Minimum of 15 years experience in oil & gas industry
- Must be Proactive leader, Project supervision and materials management skills, Workshop supervision and practical knowledge
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
