Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely and quickly clean all assigned windows, inside and out
- Use a variety of tools and techniques to clean different types of windows
- Work at heights on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts as needed
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Report any damage or repair needs to supervisor
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Complete daily paperwork accurately
- Adhere to schedules and deadlines
- Communicate with customers and co-workers in a professional manner
- Upsell additional services when possible
- Train new employees as needed
