Looking for a Logistics/Shipping coordinator who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in Dubai, UAE.
The candidate should be able to handle sea, air and land shipments and be fully aware of different customs clearance formalities, shipping lines and Dubai trade portal.
Candidate must have knowledge and attention to detail on Preparing shipping documents such as bills of lading and customs forms for international shipments
The candidate should be able to handle both import and export shipments via sea, air and land.

Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers in order to ensure that goods are delivered on time and are of high quality
• Coordinating shipping activities with customs officials to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
• Coordinating freight shipments via land, sea, or air using computer software programs that track inventory levels, location, time in transit, and other details
• Developing and maintaining inventory records for all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Arranging for storage of goods at warehouses or other facilities during the shipping process
• Coordinating with customs brokers or agents to obtain necessary documentation for international shipments
• Preparing shipping documents such as bills of lading and customs forms for international shipments
• Managing international shipment claims, customer service inquiries, and other issues that arise during the shipping process
• International Logistics coordination experience is must
