Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Tamatem: you will develop products by identifying potential games; conducting market and competitive research; generating product requirements and mainly game localization requirements; determining specifications, launch timetables, pricing of in-game items, and time-integrated plans for the game launch in coordination with marketing and go to market teams. Resulting in the delivery of the company’s vision and strategy.

Your role within Tamatem’s world:

  • Collaborate to define the product vision, strategy, and business model based on a deep understanding of game design and engagement/monetization mechanics.
  • Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  • Manage community support to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with developers, translators, and design team to tailor games for the launching in the local market including everything needed for the app stores.
  • Analyze and increase game metrics and communicate key insights to the management team (acquisition, retention, engagement, monetization, and in-game currency balance).
  • Collaborate with the community support team to tailor the needs of the top whales in each of your games.
  • Work with marketing to run promotions, tournaments, and profitable user acquisition.
  • Implement customer-driven change in the game based on users’ feedback.
  • Leverage live services tools and other sources of user feedback to identify user experience themes, prioritize issues, and communicate key takeaways to Product Managers and Developers to shape product direction.
  • Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas.
  • Recruit, train, and establish clear guidelines for new hires under your team by creating comprehensive onboarding plans.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Gaming, Development, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably in mobile gaming companies
