Own, lead and drive the continuous design & development of best practices to support business sales and operations. This includes:
Platform implementation and application support for –
• Requirement gathering & Analysis for telecom B2B Products
• Design & Development of Oracle CPQ for B2B Products.
• Data Migration & Integration Oracle CPQ with Other IT Systems
• Follow the best practices and Standard, reusable design and development
• Maintain the clear documentation
• Work & coordinate with DX/DEP for headless CPQ model.
• Follow & Adhere to the Internal IT process.
Technical support for product development business users, including:
o Support SIT and UAT Teams
o Support different activities related Migration & Integration activities
o Support and work with different Internal Teams both technological and business Teams. o Deployment and Production Support
• Development of effective solution design in line with business requirements, and implementing configuration changes in-house for change requests
• Assist BU Requirement Analysis in development and maintenance of service portfolio for all CRM/ OM related services provided by Application Platform Design and Development
• Ensure that the CRM & business support applications and platforms are aligned with the overall Technology Architecture
• Ensure compliance of all CRM & Business support applications and platforms with the security and revenue assurance policies and guidelines provided by Service Assurance and Security team.
• Contribute as a subject matter expert in design methodologies and solution architecture from design perspective • Identify testing strategies, tools, priorities and metrics
• Ensure timely monitoring and management of KPIs in order to meet defined targets, and manage timely reporting of KPIs to the next management level

Qualification:
▪ 8 years’ experience in IT with significant skills in telecom B/OSS (especially Oracle CPQ) ▪ Good Understanding of Telecom B2B Products.
▪ In-depth knowledge of telecom platforms and services
▪ Excellent knowledge of emerging technologies/development in telecom IT
▪ Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and leadership skills
▪ Knowledge on Oracle database and UNIX is an added advantage
▪ Innovative and creative thinker
▪ Fluent in spoken and written English
▪ Work with B2B, Demand, Design and Technology teams.
▪ Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodology.
▪ Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects.
▪ Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally.
▪ Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
▪ Oracle CPQ Cloud certifications would be preferred.
▪ Preferably be at Onsite (Doha, Qatar).
• At least 2 full lifecycles Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations.
• Must have Hands-on experience related to Configuration, Rules, Commerce Process, Pricing functionality, Document Designer, Workflow Approvals, Email Templates, Steps, BML, BMQL, Siebel – CPQ APIs, Configuration Layout Design and Pricing Engine.
• Must have Hands-on experience in CPQ Administrative activities like Environment Setup, Data Table Management, File Manager, User and Group Management, Parts creation, Code Migration, Cascading Stylesheets (CSS).
• Hands on Experience on head less CPQ where CPQ will work as back end while DX application will work as Front End.
• Experience in BML, BMQL and Bulk Data Upload is must.
• Experience in customized Oracle CPQ Cloud integration with other CRM/ERP applications. • Experience in HTML/XHTML, XML, XSL, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, SOAP-based web services are preferred.
• Experience in deployment and performing migrations from one environment to other environments. • Experience in direct ordering CPQ & RFP ordering via CPQ
• Understanding of efficient business processes within Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) domain preferable. • Experience with requirements and constraints related to Telecom process
• Ability to analyses business processes and develop systems/programs to support and improve them. • Exposure to any the following areas will be considered a plus: Enterprise CRM (Siebel CRM, Salesforce), Enterprise ERP (SAP, ERP Cloud, etc.) and Enterprise E-Commerce.
