Digital Marketing Specialist
BluLogix Local office in Jordan is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist
Position Summary:
This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing. Top-level duties include email marketing, social media organic/paid, website/SEO, paid media, webinar execution, and account based marketing support. This role works cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Manage the execution and deployment of marketing campaigns across platforms, including email, social media, advertising, events, website/SEO, and account based marketing.
Report on campaign performance, effectiveness, and impact. Managing a KPI dashboard (weekly) for campaign results
Work across Marketing to ensure approved messaging is deployed in the market.
Assist in making sequences, workflows, automation, and drip campaigns for email marketing in the CRM and other platforms.
Assist with paid media campaigns: Reporting, compliance, creativity, copy
Working with the Marketing team on campaign expansions, thought leadership, and engagement for events.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred: Marketing, Advertising, IT, or similar
Digital Marketing experience– 2-3 years
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Rollworks, or similar preferred
Flexibility of hours – North American EST hours preferred
Technology proficiency desired
· Social Media Advertising platforms
· Adobe Express, Canva, or other
· WordPress, SEM Rush,
· Google Analytics, Adwords
· Buffer, Hootsuite, or other social media management platform
· Other email platforms, including Constant Contact, SendInBlue, MailChimp

Organized, responsible, and flexible in a fast-paced growth environment
WORK SCHEDULE:
40 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on business needs, US EST
Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
