Job Description

– [x] Communicate with other departments all relevant customer inquiries if applicable.

– [x] understanding of Mr fixit products and services.

– [x] Keep up-to-date with all the services and products provided.

– [x] Provide proper information to customers with complete and comprehensiveness.

– [x] Receive and process calls from all customers, agents and other external / internal parties.

Job Requirements

– [x] Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.

– [x] Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

– [x] Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

– [x] Excellent (Fluent) command of written and spoken English
