الوصف الوظيفي

1. Generate budgeted Sales Revenue from Sales of all assigned offerings, including Annual Memberships, Rentals, Catering and Events; as assigned by the Sales and Director for defined periods through the year.

2. Support the successful sales of high value offerings like Annual Memberships whilst also generating revenue for all other service offerings at the resort seasonally.

• 3. Maintain, nurture and grow the market share for the assigned product portfolio / service offering for Sunset Beach Reso

• In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
• Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
• Excellent command of soft skills and a deep understanding of sales values and principles.
• Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
• Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
• Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
