We are looking for a high-performing sales manager to join a dynamic real estate brokerage company in Dubai.
The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
The sales manager responsibilities include developing sales strategies and action plans with the successful execution of these strategies to achieve the companies financial targets
The sales managers duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer and market trends
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base and market footprint
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to promote repeat business and customer referral
Ensure the full utilisation of our CRM system to manage and influence marketing spend and maximise lead potential
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to diversify clients' real estate portfolios
Understand residential, retail, and commercial landscapes, purchase, sale, rental, asset, and property management trends
Leverage the groups services to cross-sell products and services
Report on trends that may impact on budgets and the strategic direction of the business
Proven real estate sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing manager in the real estate sector

Ability to lead and drive revenue by managing, coaching, and mentoring the sales team.
Management and training of the sales team, including telesales and sales administration, to deliver exceptional service to our client base
Thorough understanding of the sales process and the requirements of both DLD and RERA, ensuring business is fully compliant with legal requirements
Develop and work closely with the marketing team to generate a robust lead management process
Ability to drive the sales process from concept to closure for both off plan and secondary markets
A natural ability to articulate and communicate the companies values, products, and services across the group of companies with investors, third-party suppliers, agents, and developers.
Proven ability to position products against competitors to take competitive advantage
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Salary 10,000 to 15,000 plus attractive commission structure
