We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team to oversee the marketing department. We are looking for someone who can lead our communication strategies and initiatives across our range of businesses. The right candidate will be able to work as part of a team and will collaborate closely with internal divisions and marketing partners. Strong team dynamics skills are required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute marketing strategies that focus on each specific business, taking into account audience, sales objectives

• Build and run campaigns including e-mail campaigns, social media, apps at the property level, and websites to drive market activity and connectivity

• Manage the marketing team, lead generation, budget, ensure all marketing programs are successful, metrics-driven, and goal-oriented

• A brand ambassador for the group with an innate ability to gather market intelligence whilst promoting the companies across the various sectors in which the group operates

• Oversee development and implementation of marketing and media budget, including the management of all digital assets (i.e., website, social), whilst managing relationships with external media, lead generation partners

• Identify and implement effective social media campaigns

• Establish effective media relationships on a local, national, and international level to secure coverage from a wide range of mediums

• Act as the project/traffic manager while partnering with the creative department to ensure all necessary promotional materials, collateral, etc. are on brand for all parties

• Create summary and monthly reporting on all campaigns, leads generation, budget spend with recommendations to improve campaigns, and lead generation

• Work closely with senior to team and business development managers to ensure robust and timely communication

• Create a clear road map and budget for each business to deliver against sales targets

• Carry out assigned tasks with limited supervision, including coordinating and implementing projects

• Accountable for marketing teams over all performance, showing strong leadership skills whilst being creative and flexible in your approach with a strong can-do approach

المهارات

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in real estate and / or Immigration sectors

• Subject matter expert with all digital/social platforms

• Ability to effectively manage in-house and remote workforce to deliver against expectations

• Capacity to become an authority on the companies brands

• Proven success in building positive relationships across the business

• Demonstrated ability to self-start, initiate work, and deliver against target

• Experience in managing and maintaining a budget

• Agility to problem solve and work effectively under pressure able to delegate, coach, and mentor in-house team

• Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally

• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task

• Collaborative in nature with a “no job is too small” attitude to assist with overall account team duties and additional programs as needed.

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job type: Permanent & Full time.

Language: English additional languages preferred

Salary range: 10,000 to 15,000 AED depending on experience
