Program Manager

Job Summary

Set Program/Initiative action plans, conduct regular field visits, and track and report on program progress and success to ensure achievement of short and long-term objectives of the Program(s) in conformance with the Foundation’s strategic direction. Set and track budget and spending; track and develop reports to ensure the accuracy of financial data and conformance to budgets. Implement monitoring and evaluation plans to ensure the tools are established and utilized and assist in evaluating new initiatives/ideas relating to pre-existing programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develops Program/Initiative action plans, (implements action plans if the initiative does not have implementers) tracks progress, and develops detailed reports to ensure achieving program/initiative short-term and long-term goals
  • Sets and tracks Program/initiative budget, monitors and reports on spending to ensure conformance to set budget
  • Line-management of implementers and field staff by providing technical recommendations/feedback to ensure the sustainability of program delivery; overseeing daily implementation activities; understanding the approach of implementation from grassroots to top project/program management maybe involved in implementation activities
  • Develops a thorough understanding of processes and approach; maintain an updated database of all project stakeholders including but not limited to beneficiaries, trainers and field staff, etc.
  • Provides assistance to stakeholders when needed by providing technical recommendations/feedback to ensure resolving any issues
  • Aids in formalizing new ideas and initiatives and prepares proposals for organizations to ensure idea realization in an adequate manner as scheduled
  • Implements monitoring and evaluation tools to ensure adequate gathering high-quality advantageous data and ensure continuous improvement
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify outstanding young individuals and programs are currently carried out to ensure proper representation of the foundation
  • Supports in growing CPFs Network through various mediums to ensure constant growth and increase the reach of the foundation
  • Conducts periodic site visits for all programs/initiatives/events to ensure that everything is conforming to set standards
  • Manages relationships with Implementers / Stakeholders to ensure maintaining a sound relationship and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
  • Performs risk management to minimize project risks and ensure foreseeing and preparing for any future obstacles
  • Maintains a comprehensive database of all program/initiative documentation to ensure having all the required information/documents for any needed use
  • Relays success stories, and on-the-field feedback to the Media and Communications Department to ensure communication of the foundation’s success, program's success.

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 Years’ experience
  • Proficient English & Arabic Languages
