International Tele-sales Representative

We are looking to hire an experienced & a well-spoken Tele-sales representative Agent preferably in IT field to support our clients to have a great service and to have an outstanding experience & to be responsible for sales over the telephone. The tele-sales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential clients, focusing on client’s needs to close sales and documenting clients information.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform calls to reach our leads in Egypt and United Arab Emirates
  • perform cold calls, as well as receive inbound calls from Clients leads to respond to their inquiries about our services.
  • Converting difficult leads into Clients
  • communicate effectively on the phone, and close contracts once all clients’ needs have been identified and addressed
  • Initiating sales with potential/ interested Clients over the phone in Egypt and United Arab Emirates.
  • provide accurate information about the company, our services and other details
  • In-depth knowledge of our organization and service we provide.
  • Gathering and documenting Client’s information & reactions and Updating Clients data and presenting sales reports to sales manager.
  • Responding to Clients inquiries and updates about our services, advice on the best fit service to them.
  • Understanding Clients background & needs and well define the Clients requirements.
  • Closing sales and achieving the monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with Clients.
  • Proposing new features or ideas to enhance and develop the sales and business.
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and Client’s relationship.
  • Provide an accurate forecast of sales results and continuously manage sales activity.
  • Send Emails and Build Client Relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • English Proficiency is a must.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone & Offshore Accounts is preferable
  • Preferably to have Knowledge in IT software system or Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
  • Ability to learn about services and explain them to prospects
  • Previous Teleperformance experience is preferable
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • Good sales ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to handle rejection and stress.
  • Social and friendly personality
