Grant Coordinator

he Grant Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of new and existing assistance activities. The portfolio responsibilities will include full cycle grant management and ensuring that activities uphold CRDF Global policy and best practices in all aspects of Grants projects implementation that comply with the U.S. government regulations and internal processes. This position will also contribute to supporting growth activities, process improvements, initiatives, special projects and other organization-wide activities, on behalf of Mission Services and the global CRDF grants team. This position requires supporting the project budget development and reviews, program status reviews, team and practice area meetings, special projects, and training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field (e.g., management, law, economics, public administration, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in federal assistance programs is a strong advantage.
  • Project management skills.
  • Customer service experience and effective communication skills, including experience working with international partners.
  • Experience participating on or leading projects cross-departmentally is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while keeping leadership apprised of funding program needs and priorities.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of FLUXX and/or Deltek/Costpoint Purchasing module or other grants/ finance systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required.
