الوصف الوظيفي

  • Develop and implement primary goals, short and long-term objectives as well as operating plans with reference to Company’s overall approved strategy.
  • Approve Company’s Division’s overall budget, ensure that adequate provisions are made for all activities, monitor and control expenditure against approved budget and reconcile budget variances to affirm on-target performance against budgets.
  • Monitor all operational activities closely to ensure that these activities are conducted in line with the laws, regulations, owners’ best interest, sound business practice and in accordance with the adopted governance, policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the Sales Department’s operations to ensure product diversity and profitable sales revenues growth are achieved.
  • Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to the department managers to implement major activities in line with the established policies.
  • Oversee the Service Department’s operations to ensure that revenue targets are attained, service products are being marketed effectively and clients’ satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.
  • Oversee the Retail Department’s operations to ensure that the Retail showrooms are operating efficiently at a profitable rate, planned activities are attained, gaps are bridged and target customer satisfaction index is achieved.
  • Keep abreast of any changes occurring in the market that would impact the business and align the current business operations to accommodate the market changes in order to develop Company’s Division.
  • Manage and recommend continuous improvement of Company’s practices, taking into account ‘international best practice’, changes in international standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans in accordance with Kuwait’s rules and regulations.
  • Conduct annual performance appraisal to evaluate department managers and employees’ performance based on clearly communicated standards and expectations, as well as; provide recommendation for improvement and promotion.
  • Maintain a sound management development plan ensuring adequate resources; availability of potential successors; and career opportunities for high performers.

المهارات

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Master degree in Business Administration or related field would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in related field.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English languages.
