الوصف الوظيفي
- Document financial transactions by entering account information.
- Reviewing and verify of invoices after issuance.
- Prepare payment receipts by verifying documentation and requesting disbursement details.
- Maintain general ledger by preparing trial balance, reconciling entries and performing month-end closures.
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
- Support in monitoring and reconciling bank statements.
- Coordinate for Audit related activities by providing required information and documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Support cash flow management and related reporting.
- Support in preparation of accounts receivables and payables reports, along with monitoring of the same.
- Perform month end reconciliation and preparing related reports.
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
- Bachelor degree in Accounting.
- At least 3 years experience for Accountant role and 5 years for senior accountant role.
- Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- High level of professional integrity, including discretion with data.
- Experience with general ledger functions.
- MS Office suite, including Advanced MS Excel
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
