ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and execute robust marketing plan including ATL, BTL & TTL activities in alignment with business objectives and covering all operations.
- Develop and manage all Static & Dynamic creative for Online & Offline media marketing. Guide/assist in-house Graphics designer or 3rd party creative team in developing the visual content across all marketing venues, including but not limited to social media posts, sponsored/paid ads, TV commercials, billboard displays, other outdoor displays, and content for events.
- Plan, execute and manage social media campaigns, both daily organic posts & sponsored campaigns, right from devising strategies for tactical campaigns, content planning & creation, defining customer demography & target audiences funnelling processes, social media ad bidding & booking, campaign performance tracking through KPI monitoring & SMM analytics, implementing campaign optimisation methods.
- Manage social media channels like Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Nabd, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Plan & Manage indoor & outdoor events management in line with the annual marketing plan.
- Create & Manage the company's website content for relevant brands, ensuring it is up-to-date.
- Create good PR in line with manufacturer expectations and best practices.
- Develop and manage all affinity partnerships and promotion opportunities.
- Prepare and analyse weekly analytics reports for all platforms and digital activity. Prepare and analyse monthly marketing activity and results.
- Ensure all showrooms, aftersales, and point-of-sale materials are compliant & Up-to-date with the CI-VI guidelines of the manufacturer.
- Monitor all customer feedback and develop strategies to improve brand health and customer experience.
- Support marketing managers for other brands at peak periods as required.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Ensure we have a 'Customer First' culture across the business.
- Weekly monitoring of all Customer Relations Centre trends and surveys (non-dealt, lost a sale & sales call analysis), sharing feedback with CRM Manager & implementing corrective & preventive measures along with concerned department managers for better sales conversion rate.
- Work with department managers to develop appropriate action plans for any areas of weakness and take immediate action against critical customer feedback.
- Assess customer inquiries management levels by selectively monitoring our call recordings.
- Set objectives, develop an appropriate improvement plan with the Sales Manager, and analyse sales customer retention.

MANUFACTURER
- Build solid and influential relationships with all manufacturer representatives.
- Ensure t a robust weekly performance monitoring tool achieves all manufacturer marketing department VRM & Scorecard standards.
- Develop explicit action plans to address any VRM or scorecard performance behind the objectives.
- Work with the management team to develop and monitor short, medium and long-term marketing plans.
- Take responsibility for all manufacturer bulletins and communications and take immediate action when required.
- Ensure all manufacturer reports are done ahead of time and with absolute accuracy.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Ensure task management is completed daily in line with the management planner.
- Hold structured meetings with the Sales Manager, Aftersales Managers & General Management to review marketing and business performance.
- Monitor all departmental KPIs in line with company & manufacturer objectives.
- Monitor and measure our marketing performance and KPIs against competitors in the market and region.
- Constantly monitor and apply best management and operational practices principles based on best-in-class worldwide.
- Define, develop and implement clear strategic marketing plans to achieve all manufacturer and company's business performance objectives.
- Develop and monitor a documented sales & marketing plan based on available stock, market opportunity and business objectives.
- Ensure at all times that website content is relevant and timely updated.
FINANCIAL
- Plan and execute the budgetary control for all marketing activities.
- Ensure that marketing expenditures are in line with manufacturer KPIs.
- Manage all financial risks to the business regarding manufacturer standards and margin criteria.
- Ensure to abide by the company policy of a minimum of 3 quotations from the approved suppliers for all expenditures.
- Have excellent negotiation skills to Control all costs and expenses within budgets and constantly seek ways to improve ROI.
- Submit monthly marketing cost summary to the finance department by the 1st of the month.

- Must be Bilingual – Arab Native Arabic and Excellent English speaker
- Computer Skills.
