To effectively handle the HR function and implement policies and procedures set by the organization.

Role Requirement’s
Ideal candidates would have the following:
• University Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
• At least have worked in a similar function within 3 to 5 years; preferably in the F&B /FMCG sector
• Good experience in handling Payroll, Compensation, Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, Job Evaluation, Development of Policies
• Good knowledge in Labor Relations and Kuwait Labor Law
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken; Arabic & English
