الوصف الوظيفي
– Maintaining Saudization percentage in the organization by targeting qualified candidates
– Negotiating and creating job offers for selected candidates within controlled company salary scales
– Having up to date knowledge of Saudi Labor laws, visa and Saudization system and Nitaqat
– implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
– Run the daily functions of the Human Resource department.
– Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource
– Performs other duties as assigned.
المهارات
Saudi Nationality
Bachelor’s in human resources management or equivalent
Fresh or minimum experience in Hr management or an administrative role
Very good communication skills in multicultural, multi-lingual environments
Well organized and structured
Strong interpersonal skills
Good Computer skills
Good written and verbal communications skills both Arabic and English language
