1. Directs and oversees all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, budget preparation, revenue assurance and financial reporting functions.
2. Coordinate and execute strategic planning and budget control management.
3. Develop and implement company’s vision, mission and strategy in close collaboration with business stakeholders
4. Manage cash flow and forecasting. Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs. Optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions
5. Provide strategic, proactive and forward looking financial and investment plans for Starlink, aligned to the organizations overall strategic goals for growth and profitability.
6. Ensure the financial records meet the requirements and in compliance with local and international Accounting standards and Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.
7. Establish and maintain lines of professional communication with shareholders, auditors, banks and other related stakeholders.
8. Setup a financial and management performance measurement and monitor the achievement.
9. Set up supply chain system as per international standards and monitor the progress.
10. Participate in key decision-making sessions as a member of the management team
11. Oversee the company financial performance summary reports on quarterly basis.
12. Serve as a key point of contact for internal & external auditors.
13. Supervise the finance team through guidance, training and monitoring for developing and motive staff to peak performance.
14. Manage the organizations billing system and process identifying leakages, billing errors, etc.
15. Provide technical, financial, and management support to stakeholders and other departments.

المهارات
- 10-12 years’ experience within a large organisation where International Financial practices are followed, at least 5 of which should be in a Senior Financial Position.
- Must have significant knowledge of Revenue Assurance within similar sector with complex billing cycles /revenue streams.
- Must have experience of and significant in depth knowledge of financial regulations, supply chain regulations, ICT regulations within the region.
- A bachelors degree in Finance & Economics
- Must be a Qualified Chartered Account of equivalent (CA/ACCA/CFA etc.)
- Preferably MBA in Finance
- Qualification in Charted Procurement and Supply chain will be added advantage.
