Business Development or Sales Consultant for ( white- and blue-collar sales )

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a sales plan/strategy that covers sales revenue, price, industry, expenses.
  • Responsible for development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
  • Focus on growing and developing existing clients by upselling/cross selling together with acquiring new customers
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that helps achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Create a systematic, sustainable customer acquisition strategy/process that can evolve with new trends and changes.
  • Build and mentor the Sales Team by setting individual targets, tracking sales goals, and oversee their activities and performance
  • Analyze existing approaches in the sales process and making changes where appropriate
  • Maintain sales volume, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, market situation, and competitors
  • Build, monitor sales pipelines to ensure continuous population of near and long-term opportunities.
  • Achieve high sales targets and goals while motivating the sales team to do the same.
  • Evaluate market needs to exploit potential demand and identify new sales channel to improve and meet the company’s goal.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction of customers to ensure service delivery, address issues and provide solutions
  • Identify and solve client issues strategically
  • Partner with customers to understand the business requirements and communicate the value proposition of our services
  • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s ambitious growth

Candidates should be available in UAE.

Must have solid background experience in a Manpower or Outsourcing Company in UAE
