Should possess experience as an Project Manager – Operation & Maintenance of supervision projects and the responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

15-year experiences in Project Management.
Experience in the supervision of Operation and Maintenance Projects.
Liaising meeting with the Owner and Contractor.
Develops necessary policies, procedures for Operation & Maintenance for all disciplines, QA/QC Plan, HSE, finance & cost control, subcontracting, maintenance and logistics function to maintain efficient operational performance.
Oversees day to day operation & maintenance processes.
Coordinates with all discipline engineers.
Conducts internal meeting with all discipline engineers for all project issues.
Conducts periodical meeting with the Contractor.
Oversees preventive maintenance plans of equipment and machinery and allocated budget for operations and maintenance ensuring adequacy and adherence.
Coordinates with client, contractor and subcontractors for clear identification of scope of assigned work against potential variations.
Develops and maintains operation maintenance plans to include all program requirements.
Familiar with O&M software application MAXIMO (preferable).

Qualifications

BSc degree in Civil OR Mechanical Engineering (min.) (From well-known International university -American or European University)
Should possess PMP-PMI Professional certification.
Saudi Engineering Council Member
