Job Purpose

Works within IT Governance team to provide oversight, direction and guidance/consultation for IT projects from project request submission through project close-out and post-implementation review

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

Participate in planning the blueprint for technology governance framework with significant business and/or technical challenges requiring subject matter expertise.
Work with the business to develop processes and procedures to ensure information security policies and standards are integrated.
Ensure all aspects of project management disciplines and ensures compliance with agency specific and project governance policies, procedures, standards and guidelines have been followed.
Recommend actions and/or resolve sophisticated issues that may cross organizational boundaries.

Key Activities

Reviews and validates project deliverables to ensure information accuracy, thoroughness, completeness and compliance.
Support the development, deployment of Governance procedures, policies, and controls
Ensure the Governance models, practices, policies, and processes align with the IT Governance models, practices, polices, and processes.
Ensures proper management of IT Initiatives using tools, data, and dashboards.
Perform the needed communications with the Divisions’ points of contact and other stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any business technology related field
Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking and ability to approach problems logically and systematically

Work Experience
