IBM Engineer / Middleware Administrator
Accountabilities & Key Roles :
- Administer, manage, configure the implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities on IBM Integration Bus, DataPower, MQ, MQ appliance and WebSphere.
- Implement and deploy IT solutions to various business requirements and Production issues.
- Conduct a thorough impact assessment and analysis of developed IIB and ODM solutions to ensure services stability and functionality in a timely and precise manner.
- Plan and engage in disaster recovery activities on IIB, MQ Appliance, MQ and ODM.
- Manage and solve incidents, tickets, problems and ensure timely and efficient support is provided.
- Handle the required monitoring on Production services to ensure issues are detected at an early stage and provide a workaround or arrange for a permanent solution.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor degree in a technical discipline; Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems or Software Engineering.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
Competencies:
- Good English skills (written and verbal).
- Critical and problem-solving thinking.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
