Receptionist

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
  • Organizing files for customers, keeping records of office documents, etc.
  • Keeping the office environment clean.

Marketing Specialist

  • Maintenance of the company’s social media platform (FB, YouTube, Instagram etc.)
  • Planning and execution of social media as the campaign.
  • Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Organizing files for customers, keeping records of office documents, etc.

  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
