Receptionist
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Organizing files for customers, keeping records of office documents, etc.
- Keeping the office environment clean.
Marketing Specialist
- Maintenance of the company’s social media platform (FB, YouTube, Instagram etc.)
- Planning and execution of social media as the campaign.
- Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.
