Overview of the role:
To deal with enquiries by using different channels, phone and emails. Got the Accurate Information right to the customer. Support the branches by increasing the number of OTB’s and Constantly strived to make
the Entire Sales, Purchases and Aftersales experience easy and simple for the Customers..
What you will do:
- Had quick access to the Customer Requirements by phone or email with strong communication skills.
- Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
- Generate business value in the form of Sales and after sales Opportunities
- Improve customer engagement when interacting with the CEC
- Deliver a seamless and efficient interaction for every customer
- Occupancy and productivity of total of 8 working hours

• Ability to speak multiple languages – bilingual (Arabic/ English)

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: High School.
