The Role:
You will:
- Help us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
- Aid in the operational efficiency of the finance & accounting department, ensure balance sheet integrity, cuts time to close and safeguards compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Post journal entries, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, review entries and reconciliations, prepare cash forecasting statement, support month end closing, prepare reports and support in audits.
- Establish strong client relationship, handle disputes, manage accounting for the Group, and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Analyze balance sheets, income, cash flow statements, and other reports to assess accuracy.
- Be able to book invoices, bills and expenses in the system.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS payments and filing other relevant returns.
- Maintain accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements.
- Be able to handle vendor bookings and payments.
- Create bank reconciliation statements and categorization of bank transaction.
- Good experience in handling the book keepings
- Process the employee leaves and payrolls.
- Generate customer invoices and follow up.
- Handle the annual external audit responsibilities of the company.
- Understand and perform the financial closing activity on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Assist the top-level management in making critical business decisions by providing accurate financial assessments.
- Coordinate with the management and uphold the standard laws and regulations for monitoring, updating, and maintaining fiscal activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- 3+ years of experience
- Expert and experienced in using Zoho Books software (mandatory)
- strong communication skills.
- bachelor’s degree in any accounting stream.
- Enthusiastic candidate with an Accounting background, ready to tackle the challenges in the core Finance domain.
- Strong understanding of accounting aspects like balance sheets, cash flow management, business forecast, and profitability.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in partnership management and inter-department coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Sound knowledge of different types of financial reports and balance sheets.
- Hands-on experience in handling MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
