Head of Technical Department – Insurance
- Supervise Fire & General accident, Marine & Aviation, Medical & Life Departments.
- Develop, establish and implement underwriting, claims and reinsurance strategies, guidelines and procedures to achieve maximum long term profit and growth.
- Lead, develop and maintain underwriting, claims and reinsurance processes.
- Mentor team of experience underwriters claim handlers and reinsurance staff.
- Technical point of reference for all underwriters, claims and reinsurance staff.
- Perform underwriting performance analysis of all lines.
- Perform insurance negotiations and coordinate insurance programs.
- Develop, establish, implement and manage a comprehensive risk management service, risk analysis, claims management administration, loss control and safety program.

المهارات
- Experience: 10 – 15 years plus
- Education Level: Bachelor Degree and above
- Qualifications: Insurance – ACII or FCII Preferable
- Knowledge Of: Underwriting, Claims and Accounting
