Head of Sales
One of Neptune Careers clients is looking to hire Head of Sales to lead a team of sales agents across Jordan, as well as managing and growing a portfolio of profitable sales volume in a defined geographical market in pursuit of specific sales, service, growth, & opportunity targets.
The direct reports for the Head of Sales are Sales Team Leaders, Senior Sales Executives, and Sales Agent.
Job responsibilities:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Managing team, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, with individuals & companies, through partnerships and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports (CPA) with realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Assist is planning and evolving branch locations, expansion plan while maintaining the core concept of branch profitability
- Compile weekly sales reports on strengths, weaknesses, achievements, and challenges to management team
- Achieve all agreed KPIs.
Qualifications:
- BA in Business Administration, or any related field.
- Successful previous experience as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Sales B2B, B2C and Point of sales concept in a plus.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

- Demonstrated leadership experience, and ability to create and manage a highly motivated and focused team.
- Demonstrated experience in roles requiring sales growth and expansion.
- Demonstrated experience in Micro lending and financial services.
- Demonstrated committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
