الوصف الوظيفي
Role purpose:
To ensure and manage all transportation activities under Logistics within Nesma in order to provide timely and efficient support and service to its own employees
Key Activities:
- Ensure appropriate safety procedures for transportation
- Ensure high level of employees service is emphasized at all levels
- Carry out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures
- Ensure drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities
- Maintain frequent contact with management staff and employees
- Mentor and assist employees
- Manage staff of drivers
- Communicate effectively with employees
- Implement approved Logistics department’s policies, processes, and procedures
- Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
المهارات
- 6 to 8 years of Gulf experience in similar position
- strong Communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Working knowledge of transport operations
