Job Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between buyers on material requirements planning and purchasing.
- Ensuring planning parameters are set accordingly for a seamless operation.
- Monitor supply chain policy deployment across the supply chain.
- Ensure projects and tasks are completed in accordance with the applicable Quality Standards.
- Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Line Manager.
- Handle communications and negotiations with external suppliers.
- Lead Coding process and system update across the supply chain.
- Execute Corporate purchasing activities and maintain the right documentation.
- Develop material costs forecasts & analysis
- Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities
- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service
- Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds to identify problems and find solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant major.
- Supply Chain Certifications are a plus
- 2- 6 years of experience in Retail, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management
- Excellent at MS. Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …etc.)
- Experience in ERP Systems is a plus
- Excellent Planning, Organizing, and Reporting skills
- Excellent proficiency in the English Language
- Highly effective and professional verbal and written communication skills with the team, internal customers, and suppliers that include a strong focus on teamwork and internal/external customer satisfaction.
